4.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, betting equal to 10 (ten) times the bonus amount must be completed. For example, if you receive a ৳6,000 bonus, a minimum of ৳60,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. Failure to meet the wagering requirement may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred.
- The same person cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
- If the original deposit is withdrawn after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

- Silver — Intermediate tier earned through regular activity; up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold — The highest tier awarded based on long-term and significant activity; up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Members are gradually promoted to higher tiers based on the nature and consistency of their service usage. VIP tiers may be downgraded if prolonged inactivity or a policy violation is detected. Cashback may expire if not claimed within the specified time.
